Education & medical plans

With a new baby in tow, one of my priority now is to shop for an education and medical plan. Though baby is covered in my company health benefit, I thought I should get him a plan too. I’ve browsed through the offerings by AIA, ING and Great Eastern but have yet to contact an agent to explain fully to me. I’ve got zero idea on what the plans are supposed to do other than I should get them as a forced saving for my son!
