		<description>My experiences:

Maybank: Called customer service on some enquiries at 9am. Cust Svc ensured me the manager will call back, gave my contact details. Waited till noon no one called. I tried calling and the same cust svc personnel answered. I enquired and she said &quot;I have already asked the manager to call you he will call you&quot; but i said i only need some information and she said &quot;its my lunch time now i cant answer you&quot; SERIOUSLY!!! 

HSBC: Had taken an amanah loan and wanted to settle in full in March 2010. Got a redepmtion letter and charged RM50 for it. On the due date amount was not debited. Called in to Cust Svc n their answer &quot;please leave the amount in the account and the bank will debit anytime&quot; Obviously no debiting done. After months of calls got another redemption letter in September 2010 and was told that on the due date i have to instruct the bank to debit the account. Whats the point of giving me a due date I told them what the Cust Svc informed me in March and she said &quot;sometime call agents will give wrong infomation&quot; Duh! STOP WITH THE OUTSOURCING!!!

CITIBANK: Cust Svc sucks like hell!!! The quality and style of Citibank in Malaysia has gone bad! Call centre staff give inconsistent information. Got themselves in trouble.

RHB, EONBank, Diners Club etc ....need a serious REVAMP!!!</description>

		<description>This is Malaysian that we are talking about. For malaysians, customer care or customer service is no longer about providing a service. It is providing anything and everything that they want regardless of whether the request is reasonable or not. It means breaking all the rules to get what they want. This is clearly seen in all the daily activities that Malaysians do from driving, shopping, requesting. There is never a respectful way of asking. To top it off, everyone never bother to get their facts right and starts to argue base on &quot;customer is always right&quot;. Sad but true. Malaysians just want more...plain kiasu and greedy. 
It would be great to see people complaining and commenting about poor service in the shoes of the person delivering the service rather than receiving.</description>
