How much does the annual rebate help you cope with the new fuel price?

by Penny on June 7, 2008

Here’s a calculator for you to see how much more you’ll be paying for petrol at the new price of RM2.70 per litre. This calculator netts your extra fuel consumption with the annual rebate of RM625 (for owners with cars of 2000cc and below only).

So how much more are you paying? Still a whole lot more, I bet.

Download the calculator here.

Crude Oil price has ROCKET to historic high of US$138! This represent an overnight increase of US$10.75 and also an increase of US$15 over two days. We are now looking for US$150 by end of this month.

At RM2.70/ l. petrol is real cheap in Malaysia. If M’sian Gov is to continue, do expect much steeper increase in the short term…another 40% increase???

anon, i’m not surprised at another 40% increase. we’re expecting this in the next 2 months. hard times ahead!
