New tax exemptions

Well there’re not new but merely an increase in the amount to be exempted. That’s actually great news.
Now I get to be exempted up to 3,000 bucks for the purchase of a computer, 1,000 for books and magazines. I wish though that the amount for life and term insurance exemption would go up too.
And if it’s not too much, another increase in childcare as well! Will Santa be able to bring about these gifts, say in 2008 if not now?
