Property auction
by Penny on January 6, 2008
Recently I came across the first property auction website by a bank. Inspired by Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad on his investments from buying foreclosure properties, I thought this could be as close as it gets.
I browsed through the site but was disappointed at what were available. They either offered the properties at their market value or slightly below. And the properties were nothing to shout about. Well, nothing that you want to shop about anyway. Not the kind you could make an investment from.
I’m just waiting to see how this unit of the bank performs. Does anybody buy any of their unwanted properites?
